The Rise of Notion: How it was First Started:

Notion was first conceived when Ivan Zhao, Co-Founder and CEO, and Simon Last, Co-Founder, aimed to create a “LEGO of productivity tools”  - allowing non-technical users to customize the platform to their liking without writing a single line of code. Notion didn’t reinvent the wheel but viewed it from a new perspective, finding a better way to utilize existing tools. It provided these tools as a product to its target users and consistently met their needs and wants through updates, new feature releases, and, most importantly, by listening to feedback.
